In the beautiful alpine ski region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, in the midst of fantastic nature and of course in the immediate vicinity of great ski areas, the project Fiss Residences is being built. Planned are 14 fully equipped tourist apartments. Furthermore, a restaurant with 98 seats is to be built in the project. For total relaxation after a long day of skiing, or a demanding hike, the project offers a spacious wellness area with a Finnish and a bio sauna, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room.
The entire project we of the renowned operator, Alps Residence Holidayservice GmbH - with seat in Kitzbühel, takes over and convinces by a very good net yield. The hard facts at a glance: 14 apartments, restaurant, 3 apartments and 27 underground parking spaces.
Features
When it comes to the interior design, high-quality materials only are being used. All apartments are equipped with luxurious fitted kitchens made in Germany. The bedroom offers a large box spring bed, a spacious wardrobe in oak veneer and stylish wallpaper. In the living room, the comfortable couch invites you to relax. The bathrooms are fitted with modern bathroom furniture and designer fittings. To emphasise the cosy flair of the apartments, warm and natural materials with a luxurious look can be found throughout the textiles. In addition, the lighting concept, which has been installed in each of the apartments, provides a cosy atmosphere.
