Personal meeting with your consultant. Detailed information about the complete project, location, apartment types, financing options, equipment and furniture, terms for renting and management.

Appointment

Appointment including a guided tour of the project and its surrounding area on site.

Obtaining information

In-depth discussion to obtain the required information for drawing up and signing the purchase agreement and certificate. Possible financing options are also discussed.

Financing

Take advantage of our excellent partnerships with respected Austrian banks. We will be happy to arrange a personal meeting for you. Generally, financing 50%-60% of the purchase amount through banks is possible. You are free to choose between variable or fixed interest rates.

Contract

You will receive from us the purchase contract as well as the lease and management contract. The signature of the purchase contract can be notarized at the notary in your home country or in Austria.

Support and maintenance

Appointment with the leasing and management department to discuss details in regards to servicing your new property.

Handover

The contracts have been signed, the purchase price has been transferred to the trustee. Now the property is handed over to you. This takes place directly on site in the property at a ceremonial date.
